Shipments and reshipping policy

Your shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 4 days after receipt of payment and are shipped with tracking.
For security reasons we provide tracking numbers only on request and soonest 3 days after we confirmed shipping.
We will provide you on request with all needed informations.

Shipping fees to any destination worldwide are fixed 20.- EUR

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken
to camouflage and make it "stealth" as possible.

For the European Union we have a 99.9% delivery rate

For U.S customers we have a special reship policy with guaranteed delivery.
For reshipping orders you only have to provide the seizure letter to us
and we will reship until your products arrive.

100% delivery guaranteed for the U.S.A

For all other regions we cannot provide a guaranteed delivery.

In case a product you ordered is out of stock,
we will substitute it for a product of another brand of at least the same or better quality.
